2. What we collect

When you use the quote form: your name, production or company name, phone number, email address, the unit you are asking about, your start and end dates, the delivery location, and anything you write in the notes field.

When you call or email: whatever you tell us, plus your phone number or email address.

When you become a customer: the information needed to run and invoice a rental, including billing details, driver and insurance information supplied by your production, and records of the rental itself.

Automatically: this website is static and does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of its own. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server request information such as IP address, browser type and requested URL in order to serve and secure the site confirm.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and quote a rental.
• To arrange, deliver and administer a rental you have booked.
• To invoice you and keep accounting and tax records.
• To meet legal, insurance and motor carrier record-keeping obligations.
• To contact you about an active or recent rental.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not send marketing email to people who have only requested a quote.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only where it is necessary to run the business:

• our insurers and insurance brokers, in connection with a rental or a claim;
• our accountant and payment processors, for invoicing and payment;
• the form-handling service that receives quote requests from this website confirm;
• Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers this website;
• law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become bookings are kept for confirm and then deleted. Records relating to an actual rental — agreements, invoices, insurance certificates, incident records — are kept for as long as required for tax, insurance and motor carrier record-keeping purposes confirm.

6. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights confirm.
