These terms cover the website only. Renting a vehicle is governed by the rental terms and the rental agreement you sign.
2. Information on this site is not an offer
Descriptions of units, availability and services on this site are for information. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on this site reserves a unit. A rental exists only once we have confirmed it and the rental agreement is in place.
3. Specifications marked “confirm”
Where a figure on this site is marked confirm, it means we have not published a number because it varies by unit and is verified against the specific vehicle on your dates. Do not plan a shoot around a figure that carries that mark — call and get the real one.
Where we do publish a specification, we make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate, but specifications may change as units are replaced or modified.
4. Quote requests
Submitting the quote form is a request for information. It does not create a booking, does not hold a unit and does not oblige us to supply one. We aim to respond during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. If your shoot is sooner than that, call.
You agree that information you submit is accurate, that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of the production named, and that you will not use the form to send unsolicited commercial messages or automated submissions.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or any system connected to it, to introduce malicious code, to scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or to reproduce it as your own.
6. Intellectual property
The text, layout, design and code of this site are owned by Cinecraft Services Inc or licensed to it, except where stated. The Cinecraft Studio Transpo name and marks belong to Cinecraft Services Inc.
You may view, print and share pages of this site for legitimate business purposes connected with renting from us. You may not republish the content commercially without written permission.

This site belongs to Cinecraft Services Inc of Los Angeles, California, which rents production vehicles. It is not connected with Cinecraft Productions Company LLC of Cleveland, Ohio, with CineCraft Studios, or with any other business using a similar name. References to those businesses on this site are made only to prevent confusion and imply no association or endorsement in either direction.
